What will you get from participation?

  1. You will be able to support the proposal for the Preparatory Action, directly and indirectly, with proper involvement of your scientific community and network of contacts, to make it go forward to the full Robotics Flagship proposal.
  2. If the Preparatory Action is accepted, you can contribute to shaping the future Flagship on robotics.
  3. You will be able to participate in the activities of the Preparatory Action, such as meetings and scientific events for preparing the future Flagship proposal, with partial reimbursements from the CSA.

DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data (e.g. name, surname, institution) will be published on the www.roboticsflagship.eu website in order to show your interest in the «Robotics Flagship» FET project proposal and to establish an interdisciplinary network.

The legal basis of the data processing are:

  1. your consent (article 6 sub a Reg. EU 679/2016)
  2. the opportunity to submit the project proposal (article 6 sub b Reg. EU 679/2016)
  3. public interest (art. 6 sub e) Reg. EU 679/2016)

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

As data subjects, you shall have the right to obtain at any time confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, to be informed of the content and source of such data, to check their accuracy and request integration, updating or rectification, as well as to have the processing of your personal data restricted and any unlawfully processed data erased, made anonymous or blocked.

You shall exercise your rights, submitting your request either to the principal investigator e-mail: coordinator@roboticsflagship.eu or to the Privacy Committee privacy@santannapisa.it. You may also lodge a complaint to «Italian Data Protection Authority».
